It is a document that evaluates the energy efficiency of a property on a scale of A + (very efficient) to F (inefficient), issued by authorized technicians ADENE. It contains information about the energy consumption characteristics of the air conditioning and hot water. It indicates improvement measures to reduce consumption. The document is valid for 10 years.
